Lisa’s notes: This is a super little jacket that is ideal for those cooler, Spring & Autumn days. It is lightweight but the clever design of the synthetic down insulation means that air is trapped in four warmth channels and moisture enters the four tubes; disperses in a capillary action and then evaporates.

For those who like the technical details then you can check it out at www.cloinsulation.com. It basically means that it is breathable and also very soft to the touch!

It is not heavily branded and has a sophisticated, unfussy look that will work both in and out of the saddle. The clever stitching along the side panels helps to elongate the body and create a flattering, feminine fit.

However, this particular jacket is not very generous in fit. I am a UK 12 and needed the large size. Normally, Kingsland ladies jackets come up about half a size smaller to standard sizes but in this one, I would say that unless you are smaller chested, slightly built or have slim arms you would definitely need to go up a size from your normal.
